Can I join a session even if I have never worked with energy before?

Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Working with this energy is your birth right. It is impossible for you not to have access to it. All you have to do is lie down and fully surrender. Trust the process, remain open to the experiences and emotions that arise and allow the energy to move naturally through you. Kundalini Activation is about being, not doing. It is about feeling, not knowing. Simply allow yourself to receive. The rest will unfold naturally.

What does a Kundalini Activation session look like, and what can I expect?

We begin with a gentle introduction, during which the process is explained and you are welcome to ask any questions that arise. After a brief relaxation exercise, we move into the activation. You will lie comfortably on a yoga mat, eyes closed, fully supported as you listen to an immersive, soulful playlist of specially composed music designed to guide and nurture your process. The facilitator will intuitively move around you, gently connecting with chakra and meridian points to help your inner energy flow. It may feel like a deep meditation, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to open and receive. After the activation, we gather in a sharing circle with tea and wholesome healthy snacks. This is a sacred space to reflect, share your experience if you wish, and ask any remaining questions, allowing the insights and shifts from the session to fully settle.

Are the movements we see in videos real or consciously created?

None of these movements are consciously initiated. They are expressions of the body releasing, or activating codes of the divine, and arise spontaneously when you surrender and allow the energy to flow. Both you and the facilitator, while surrendering to the same unified force, become one and enter a deep, non-dual space where the personal self softens and the energy can move freely. Each movement, sound, and form becomes the language of a higher intelligence flowing through your open vessel, rewiring and upgrading your body, mind, and entire system. Usually, these outward expressions and movements feel absolutely amazing. So even though you could stop them and walk out of the session if you wanted to, you usually won't, as it truly feels good to allow them. If you try to do them consciously, it won't work or feel pleasant. These movements often unfold in ways that could not be consciously replicated. It is like your body's mystery is activating new pathways and forms from other dimensions it has never experienced in this lifetime.

What is the difference between activation and transmission?

Both the words activation and transmission are used to describe Kundalini Activation. They are referring to the same process, but have a slightly different meaning. Activation refers to what happens within you during the session. As you surrender, you allow the incoming of new energy that wasn't active before. In that moment of activation, we experience ourselves and expand in a whole new way. Transmission describes how this happens. So in essence, an activation is the experience of the energy awakening within you, while a transmission is the divine flow that makes that awakening possible. It is not something the facilitator gives or creates. Rather, it is an elevated transmission of light frequency that you receive when you surrender. People who have visions see beyond the veil during a session and perceive frequency fractals, patterns, and light beings. So it is not a transmission from one human to another. There is nothing leaking into anyone. It is a divine transmission of pure consciousness, pure life force, pure prana, and pure remembrance of what is already here but unmanifested. It is a divine transmission from Source to source. You.
